Leadership Programme

The 20Twenty Leadership Management Training Programme will provide practical, people-orientated management skills, to help business leaders deliver profitable growth. The programme takes a new approach, designed to strategically develop two areas of your business; it provides for the personal development of key staff as well as developing a sustainable growth plan for the business itself.

The starting point of the 20Twenty journey will be an in-depth analysis of where your company is NOW - via an informal analysis of your management processes together with a psychometric profile of you, the participant. The programme will then assess where you would like your company to be in 3 to 5 years time and provide a detailed map of how to get there.

This unique programme is an innovative mix of workshops, case studies and practical exercises, delivered by a team of experienced business mentors and executive coaches. The programme has the overall aim of encouraging knowledge transfer within the participant group together with the use one-to-one coaching and mentoring to ensure effective transfer of ideas back into the workplace.

The focus of the workshops will be on leading change, managing innovation, harnessing low carbon opportunities, raising finance, improving marketing and delivering better sales performance. The overarching aim is to develop a successful growth strategy for you and your company.
