The Cardiff School of Management is an accredited delivery centre for the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and by participating in the 20Twenty Leadership Programme, you will:

  • achieve a Postgraduate Certificate (PGC) in Sustainable Leadership from Cardiff Metropolitan University (which can be upgraded to an Executive MBA).
  • achieve a Level 7 Certificate in Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.

If you decide not to complete the three assignments, then a Level 5 Award in Leadership will be awarded from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

On completion of the 20Twenty Leadership Programme, and after a 360 degree exercise, a work based assignment and panel review by the CMI; you can apply for recognition as a Chartered Manager and use the designation "CMgr" after your name.
